I had a great stay at this hotel right on the lake. The location was absolutely stunning and I couldn't get enough of the beautiful views. The rooms with balconies were a great addition, allowing me to relax and enjoy the scenery. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel was superb, especially considering the affordable price. Despite the watery coffee, the variety of options available made it a satisfying start to the day.
All in all, everything was fine and there is nothing major that needs improvement.

Hotel due Palme is settle in the middle of the village in front of the lac with an amazing view. Inside a quiet and very nice little village.
The breakfast can be better (specialy the coffee and tea taste).

The hotel is very convenient to the town of Mergozzo and the lake. There is a terrace overlooking the lake for drinks/meals and a private, grassy area next to the lake with sunbeds and stair access into the lake which was perfect for sunny weather. We also appreciated the free wi-fi in the hotel.
Our room had not been renovated. It was completely functional and clean but looked very dated. Our room also faced the lake which was a beautiful view but very noisy as the main road around the lake passes right underneath the window. The breakfast was also average for the price.

Great lake view and good breakfast with fresh pastries.
The rooms were disappointing and outdated. The bathroom was cramped and poorly maintained. the hotel felt run-down and in need of renovation. Not worth the price for a weekend stay.

Loved the lake view from the room. Great private swimming area on a very clean lake. Took our 2 dogs without problem. Easy free parking just outside of the village, gorgeous location in small, quiet town but with lots of great cafes and restaurants. Good breakfast buffet.
Awful coffee at breakfast!

Loved the location.
For the price they could at least include breakfast in the price and replace soaps and shampoos daily. There were definately not enough for the duration of our stay.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel, adjacent to the lake was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed the hotel facilities provided, such as the private access to the water with comfortable deckchairs, and we would definitely recommend having lunch or dinner in the lakeside restaurant that provided a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly, making us feel welcome and they even allowed our little puppy with us. The room was well maintained, very clean and comfortable, with a great view of the lake. Lastly, the hotel was in a perfect location to explore the city, with plenty of dining options and public transport nearby.
Nothing negative to say.
